Vidyalaya staff is a unique combination of Experienced,

Physics laboratory
of the Vidyalaya is well equipped with all
required apparatus for conducting practicals as per the syllabus
prescribed by NCERT. Moreover almost all apparatuses are available
for smooth conduct of the practical mentioned in the curriculum of
the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. The
Chemistry laboratory of the Vidyalaya is well equipped with all
required apparatus, there is a separate big compartment in Chemistry
laboratory where all the required Chemicals/reagents have been kept
in a systematic order in common shelves and the important common
reagents have been placed in separate common shelf.
Computer
Lab
of the Vidyalaya is well equipped with Broad Band Connection (10
MBPS Speed),there is a separate Junior Computer Lab. To keep pace
with information revolution, our Vidyalaya has made computer
literacy education compulsory for all students from class III to
XII. At Senior-Secondary level “Informatics Practices” is offered as
an elective subject. Computer education is imparted in
well-equipped.
Primary Education
This Kendriya Vidyalaya has adopted Activity Based Approach in
teaching learning process in Primary classes. Our motto is
“Education is for child” and not “Child for Education” and to
provide a joyful environment. This approach focuses on developing
competencies and skills for learning. The assessment of the progress
of the child is made through grades. Thus the potential of growth is
identified and a diagnostic approach for development is followed.
Comparison of achievements amongst children is discouraged
Mathematics Lab
In our
Vidyalaya there is a mathematics lab that has all main equipments-
Geometry equipments that is able to create curiosity among the
students regarding mathematics terms. In maths lab there is a lot of
projects and charts which is made by of class VI to XI. The projects
and charts are neat and clean. At vidyalaya level a Science and
Maths exhibition organized on 2nd September in which the
students from class VII to XII participate with enthusiasm and one
project of MAGIC TRIANGLE selected for state level. Twenty
three students of class X has participated in mathematics Olympiad,
which was held on 6th September 2008
at KV 1 Udaipur.
Library
A
School library is considered as part and parcel of the academic
set-up. It is created and maintained to serve and support the
educational activities of the school. It plays a very important role
and helps the school in achieving the educational objectives. If we
recognize the value and importance of informal system of education,
then library method of self-education is sure to get its due place.
The school library has been recognized as an essential component of
a good school. School library is one of the basic requirements from
the point of view of quality education.
