A Parent meeting was organized on 1-10-2011 in the vidyalaya for
Class I-XII.
Result
and answer sheets of SA1 shown to parents of their wards. Various
suggestion were given by them & performance of students was
discussed.
Discussion of weak areas of children and measure to improve the
performance of students discussed.
The meeting concluded with the note that a serious effort is needed
on part of parents & also for Vidyalaya for development of students.

MINUTES OF PARENT TEACHER MEETING HELD ON 30-7-2011
A Parent meeting was called on last working day after completion on
FA-1 examination.
Result

Suggestions of parents regarding, improvement of performance noted
by class teacher & subject teacher
Since long waiting commerce stream was opened in K.V. Banswara all
the Parents extend their thanks to Chairman VMC, KVS Authorities &
Principal of K.V. Banswara.
The Principal also advised to Parents for Safety & Security of
Children because school is located on Highway.
All the parents are happy of the performance of the Vidyalaya and
they committed any kind of co-operation of the Vidyalaya.
Due to the efforts made by the principal & the case pursue to
chairman time to time & with the efforts of Chairman VMC school
power connection linked with urban feder. Now a days children are
enjoying all the electronic device.
From Vidyalaya side a cup of tea is offered to all the parents.

MINUTES OF PARENT TEACHER MEETING HELD ON 30-7-2010
Parent Meeting was conducted on 30-7-2010 following points were
discussed :
1. Emphasis was given on academic performance of the
students.
2. It was decided to take the students for excursion and
local visits.
3. By and large,
special request was given by the parents to open or change new gate
for arrival of students /staff.
MINUTES OF PARENT TEACHER
MEETING HELD ON 25-01-2010
Parent Meeting was conducted on 25-1-10 under the chairmanship of Sh.
Ashok Kumar Bhandari, Chairman Vidyalaya Management Committee (VMC)
and District Collector, Banswara.
About 70 parents of students of classes X and XII attended the
meeting.
In the beginning, Principal Sh. P.C. Kothari highlighted the impact
of Result oriented teaching programme prior to Board Examination .
He assured Chairman as well the Parents that our Vidyalaya is very
much close to 100% result in forthcoming Board Examination (Class X
& XII). For this he expects full co-operation from parents side
also.
Later on Chairman took proceeding from the principal. As
it was his first interaction with Parents , he assured the parents
that this time we are firm to improve the academic as well as other
co-related condition of Vidyalaya. He invited all the Parents to
come out with their valuable suggestion.
1. Project work in various classes :
Parents suggested that academic Project work be allotted
by first week of Dec.. This was agreed to by the chairman who
directed Principal to take care of it.
2. Publicity of Contractual Teachers :
Parents showed their anguish over the frequent changes of
Contractual teachers. They demanded that wide publicity should be
given in all leading newspapers, whenever such teachers are
engaged.
Principal apprised them of measures being taken and assured them
that PANEL for subjects will be prepared well in advance that too
by end on March 2010.
3. Poor Performance in Physics :
Parents complained about rather poor performance in Physics subject
in last two Pre-Boards.
Chairman has directed the Principal to take immediate
measures to rectify this problem. He directed that if public address
system is required, permission for the same be obtained from the VMC
and extra classes be arranged.
4. Problem in English Language :
Parents suggested that Eng. TGT may given some additional classes in
X & XII so that grey areas of students may improve.
5. Five Period Time Table for Class X & XII & Remedial
Classes :
It was decided that five period time table should be effective from
28-1-2010, so that students may get sufficient time to study at
home.
However Principal has recommended that for weak students in
different subject special remedial classes will be conducted in
later half upto 15-2-2010.
6. Shifting of Vidyalaya Main Gate Towards Udaipur Main
Road :
Parents suggested that in order to get the identify and
recognisition of Vidyalaya, the main gate of Vidyalaya may shift
towards the Udaipur Main Road Side.
Chairman said that the process has already been started after
getting proposal in recently conducted VMC meeting.
7. Lack of Extra Curricular Activities :
Parents demanded that Extra –Curricular activities especially in
games & sports be promoted.
Principal told them that is mainly due to post of PET lying vacant
but the same is likely to be solved in coming session.
8. Minutes of PTA/VMC/VEC meeting :
It was decided to display the minutes of PTA meeting as well the VMC/VEC
meeting on website regularly.
9. Time of PTA meeting :
There was no concerns. Mail parents wanted it to held at about 8-9
A.M. but mothers were rather reluctant. Such meetings may preferably
be held on Saturdays.
10. Casual behaviour of girls students in Discipline matter
:
Parents suggested to keep extra attention towards the casual
attitude of Girls students regarding their haircut, personal hygiene
etc. Principal told that this does not absolves parents of their
duty towards child.
At last Parents were quite satisfied with the over all academic
performance and improvement. So also school surrounding and
maintenance has improved a lot. As compare to last few months.

teacher Mrs. Deepti Gupta.
MINUTES OF PTM HELD ON
19-12-2009
Parent Meeting was conducted on 19-12-2009 following points were
discussed :
1. Around
200 parents viz. classes I – XII have attended the meeting.
2. It
was decided to conduct SPECIAL WINTER BREAK classes for students
having less than 45% marks in different subjects.
3. S.St.
subject classes for IX and X will also be conducted during Winter
break.
4.
It was expected from all the parents to co-operate the school
management for smooth functioning of Vidyalaya.
The parents have assured the same.
Following Points were discussed in the meeting :
1. Discussion
about the problem of electricity cut in school, as computer lab work
is severely affected.
2. Suggestion
for electric generator/Invertor
3. The
main agenda of meeting was explained by Sh. A. Samson (I/C) to the
parents.
Improvement steps for students in forthcoming First pre-board exam
in December.
4. Problem
of S.St. teacher in class XII discussed . An arrangement for that
has already been made as explained by Principal Sir.
5.
Maintaining regular attendance of students in X/XII, for this full
co-operation proposed by parents.
6.
HOTs study material distributed to students and follow-up action
briefed to parents by subject teacher.
7. There
was suggestion by parents that teacher should not given work other
than teaching work as it is affects class teaching.
8. Surprise
class test may be taken by teacher so that students donot miss
regular class test.

more sports equipments among the students
