MINUTES OF PARENT TEACHER MEETING HELD ON 30-7-2011
A Parent meeting was called on last working day after completion on
FA-1 examination.
Result
and answer sheets shown to parents of their wards.
Discussion of weal areas of children and measure to improve the
performance of students discussed.
Suggestions of parents regarding, improvement of performance noted
by class teacher & subject teacher
Since long waiting commerce stream was opened in K.V. Banswara all
the Parents extend their thanks to Chairman VMC, KVS Authorities &
Principal of K.V. Banswara.
The Principal also advised to Parents for Safety & Security of
Children because school is located on Highway.
All the parents are happy of the performance of the Vidyalaya and
they committed any kind of co-operation of the Vidyalaya.
Due to the efforts made by the principal & the case pursue to
chairman time to time & with the efforts of Chairman VMC school
power connection linked with urban feder. Now a days children are
enjoying all the electronic device.
From Vidyalaya side a cup of tea is offered to all the parents.

MINUTES OF THE VMC
MEETING HELD ON 19-8-2010

A VMC Meeting was held on
19-08-2010 six members took part in it.

Smt. P.Dixit, Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya Banswara welcomed Shri
Ashok Kumar Bhandari, District Collector and Chairman of this
Vidyalaya by presenting a bouquet. After that she gave her
introduction.

Permission has been granted for construction of New Main Gate of
Vidyalaya on Udaipur Road
and Levelling of New allotted land
of Main Gate and the Chairman agreed and granted and it was decided
that an engineer from CPWD will be called to estimate the amount for
shifting the main gate. In the mean time the work of levelling the
land and removal of bushes, Needs etc should be carried out by
Principal.

Since last few months the Vidyalaya has been facing a major
problem of electricity supply from 7:00
am to 12:30 p.m. Therefore madam laid stress on changing of
electricity connection from Electricity Connection from Rural to
City. The Chairman advised to write an application to the AJMER
VIDYUTH BOARD. But he said it can not be changed. It is a great
problem for all rural belt.

As this Vidyalaya is also facing a shortage of three (03)
laboratories and asked for cost estimate. The Chairman also
permitted for construction of 03 laboratory.

The proposal of Bicycle/ scooter stand, the Chairman advised to
put this matter in next meeting.

As there is also a provision for purchasing for VIP’s and
furniture. The Chairman permitted to purchase furniture.

For the safety of Vidyalaya and staff quarter the repairing work
of the boundary wall is in progress and shown to the collector. He
appreciated and asked the Principal to continue the same.

She also laid stress on purchasing of water coolers, RO system and
two AC for computer laboratory. The Chairman appreciated the
proposal and permitted to purchase the above said items.

The Chairman also permitted for paint and white-wash of
Vidyalaya Building & old staff quarters.

Madam also presented and discussed the VVN budget with the
collector for the year 2010-2011.

In the End the collector and VMC members planted trees in the
Vidyalaya campus.
MINUTES OF THE VMC MEETING HELD ON 18-1-2010
1.
REPAIRING OF BOUNDARY WALL FOR SAFETY PURPOSE
Repairing of Boundary wall is highly
essentials to avoid regular cases of theft and checking of outsiders
to enter the campus from different sites.
2.
PURCHASING OF TWO COOLERS AND AQUA GUARD
Keeping in view of hot and unbearable
summer where the temperature sometimes shoots upto 46 degree Celsius
and for maintaining health and personal hygiene of the students.It
was decided to purchase at least 02 coolers and aqua guard as per
proper process.
3.
BUILDNG CLEANLINESS AND WHITE
WASH
The cleanliness of
surroundings and inside the school is improved a lot and same may be
extended further. The school building urgently required the white
washing, as the school building gradually loosing its attraction
.Therefore white washing of the building is required with immediate
effects.

SHIFTING OF MAIN GATE OF VIDYALAYA
Keeping in view of safety and
easily approaching facility in the Vidyalaya a new main gate may be
installed towards Maharana Pratap Circle and Udaipur road side.
Students & Staff are facing a lot of problem due to regular
jam of LOADED TRUCKS of FCI just in front of Vidyalaya main
gate.

ENHANCING THE RESULT PERFORMANCE
It was decided to make all possible
efforts to keep the same spirit and the performance of Vidyalaya
result should be much better as before. We are trying to achieve
100% result for current academic session 2010 both quantitative &
qualitatively.

MINUTES OF THE VMC MEETING HELD ON 24-08-09
1.
WHITE
WASH OF
SCHOOL BUILDING:
The school building urgently required the
white washing. As the school building gradually loosing the
attraction .Therefore white washing of the building is urgently
requiring.
2.
AMC FOR COMPUTERS
The annual maintenance of the computer is
also requiring some sort of attention now days. In order to keep
computers updated and for the smooth functioning of the teaching
classes AMC for computers is highly essential.
3.
RESULT ANALYSIS OF CLASSES X AND XII.
The result analysis of class
X and XII shows that there is a marked improvement of the result as
compare to the previous year’s performances. It was decided to make
all possible efforts to keep the same rhythm and the performance
should be much better as before.

PURCHASING OF PRINTERS
Keeping in view of the
overload work and necessity it was decided to Purchase printers for
office and Principal’s chamber. Computer lab and examination

BUDGET ESTIMATE FOR
SCHOOL ROAD
It was decided to release fund for
maintaing and repairing School Street because it may results
in the unexpected incidence some times.
6.
CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR LABORATORIES:
The construction of four different
laboratories is presently urgently required the four labs are
Physics lab, Chemistry lab, Biology Lab and Computer Science lab.
The estimate and proposal plan has already been sent to the R.O. and
time to time reminders are already sent to the concerned offices.

PURCHASING OF FURNITURE:
It was decided to purchase furniture’s
for principal office, Hexagonal furniture for primary classes and
furniture’s for staff-rooms

CONTRACT FOR SCHOOL
GARDENING:
It was decided to invite quotations and
tenders for school gardening on contractual basis for maintaining
the greeneries of the Vidyalaya.
9.
PURCHASING OF PHOTOCOPIER MACHINEM L.C.D.
PROJECTOR, DIGITAL CAMERA SYSTEM
Keeping in view of recent
technology and modern methods of teaching it was decided to purchase
photocopier machine, L.C.D. projector, Digital Camera in Vidyalaya.

PURCHASING OF LABOTATORY AND SPORTS EQUIPMENTS.
In order to develop scientific temper and
attitudes and simultaneously to promote sports infrastructure in
Vidyalaya it was decided to purchase the equipments based upon
these.
11. NEW BORING INVIDYALAYA PREMISES.
Due to failure in the present
boring system in Vidyalaya.It was decided to have new boring system
in Vidyalaya keeping in view of the budget within the limits of
Vidyalaya.
12.
VIDYALAYA MAGAZINE AND STUDENTS DIARY
It was decided to print school magazine @
Rs 50/- and school diary @ Rs 15/- approximately for bringing out
the talents and potential Among the students.
13.
ENGAGING PART TIME TEACHERS IN THE VIDYALAYA
It was decided to invite fresh applicant
to work as part time contractual teacher due to shortage of
regular staffs.

15. INSTALLATION OF A.C. IN
COMPUTER LABORATORY & PRINCIPAL OFFICE:
It was decided to install of Air
Conditioner in computer laboratory and principal office.
16. LEVELLING OF GROUND.
Leveling of ground is mostly required in
the Vidyalaya campus for sports and other activities , so permission
is granted for leveling of ground to out of M & R head as per KVS
norms.

MINUTES OF VMC MEETING HELD ON 23- 4- 2009
VMC was held on
23-4-2009 (Thursday) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Banswara in the
Principal’s Chamber.
First of all the
Principal Sh. Mohinder Singh welcome the Chairman and all the
members of VMC with regards.
The minutes of last
Meeting was read by Sh. Anosh Samson, PGT (Chemistry) the following
points were discussed during the meeting in which the member show
great interest and enthusiasm for the welfare and benefit of the
Vidyalaya.
1.
Gardening on
contractual Base
For spreading the green
and natural atmosphere, beatification and harmony in the Vidyalaya
campus it was decided to give the gardening the work on contractual
basis. As contract of security of all around the Vidyalaya and
contract of services of cleanliness has already been given on
contractual basis. The contract for gardening may also be given.
Because the Vidyalaya has limited ground “D”. Employees.
2.
Purchase of
Sofa Set and furniture
It was decided that
Vidyalaya is regularly conducting meetings for VMC, Inspection by
higher competent authorities and visits eminent person frequently.
Therefore, two sets of sofa and other furniture items should be
purchased immediately for maintaining dignity and decorum of
Vidyalaya.
3. Building
cleanliness including white wash etc
The maintenance and
Repair and whitewash has not been done till date. It was decided to
do the above said works as earliest as per KVS norms.
4.
Intercom
facilities
To save time and to
interact among the staff member in the Vidyalaya it was decided to
start the intercom facilities at the important places like main
gate, Laboratory, Office etc.
5.
Purchasing
of Hexagonal furniture for Class-I
It was unanimously
proposed that HEXAGONAL FURNITURE for class-I should be purchased
which may generate interest among the students and further help the
students to learn group activities more efficiently.
6.
Construction
work for stage
Vidyalaya is main
attraction for conducting various co-curricular activities in the
district. Every year Vidyalaya is celebrating its Annual Day.
Therefore it was decided to construct the stage of the Vidyalaya.
7.
Construction
work for laboratory (Chem.)
Repairment of Chemistry
Lab for proper functioning of Practicals.
8.
Purchasing of
cooler for various department
Keeping in view of hot
and unbearable summer where the temperature some times shoots up to
46 degree Celsius. It was decided to purchase at least 06 coolers in
various department.
9.
Installation
of A.C. in the Computer Lab
For the smooth
functioning of 39 computers in the Vidyalaya. It was decided to
fully equip the 02 computer laboratories with Air Condition
facilities.
10.
Purchasing of New Colour Laser Printer
It was proposed, that
considering the modern technology and wide exposure of mass, media
and communication, Vidyalaya should equipped with new latest colour
printer for better presentation and communication.
11.
Leveling of Ground
The sports facility may
be increased if the leveling of present ground may done properly
leveling properly.
12.
New Main Gate
Keeping in view of
safety and easily approaching facility in the Vidyalaya a new main
gate may be installed near the place which is easily approachable.
13.
New Boring for Water facility
Due to failure of
Present Boring system. It was decided to bore the new tube well. As
the summer is approaching soon and drinking water facility is the
major problem. All procedure may be done as per KVS rules.
